Establish a connection

So many people are running from pillar to post, searching for their healing, from one crusade ground to another healing service, from one prayer house to another, one anointed man of God to another, ignorant of the fact that what they are searching for actually starts with them.
This was the story of the woman with the issue of blood,a twelve years situation, she had spent all she had, from one physician to another but no cure, she only got worse.
Sometimes your change begins with what you hear, your ears is an entrance point to your mind, what you listen to can either quicken your change or make it worse.
But she heard about Jesus, and I can tell her confidence was developed as she heard about him and all that he had done, her faith was stirred up to believe that if she could but touch the hem of his garment she would be healed.
What she heard had affected her thinking pattern, she now had some belief that should could be healed.
What you hear can build you or mess you up,that’s why you must be careful with those you company with.
Lot was vexed by the things he saw and heard,in sodom and Gomorrah “For that just man, living [there] among them, tortured his righteous soul every day with what he saw and heard of [their] unlawful and wicked deeds– (2 Peter 2:8 AMP)”
As a result of what she heard, she established a connection with the power of God through the word she had heard about Jesus, but she needed to make a contact.
A contact without a connection is worthless.
There was a crowd and so many others must have had contact with Jesus, but her contact made a difference, because she already made a connection through what she heard.
Her connection was strong enough that when she touched Jesus, power left him!
The power of God is available to heal, deliver, set free, but you need to establish a connection, through the hearing of the word.
